Digital Services
All SiteBanao services are delivered digitally. Once a subscription is activated, access to premium features is provided instantly.
Because our products are digital, refunds are generally not provided after activation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error preventing service access
- Unauthorized transaction
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non Refundable Cases
- Change of mind
- Unused subscriptions
- Renewal charges
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Misunderstanding of features

Processing Time
